On service day, expect professional and timely service from our dedicated Major Scoops™ team, ensuring a spotless yard every time.
Advance Arrival Notice
We will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins on your scheduled day. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Methodical Cleanup
We won’t just wander around hoping to spot poop. We are trained pet waste removal pros, and follow a precise, grid-like route through your yard to make sure no pile gets left behind. They’ll carefully scan the area multiple times to catch every last landmine, leaving your lawn spotless and truly poop-free.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard has been fully cleaned, we will send a photo of your secured gate for peace of mind that your pup stays safe. Then, all tools and shoes are disinfected with a kennel-grade cleaner to help prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses such as Giardia and Parvo. It is part of our process to keep every yard clean, healthy, and worry free.
Pet Waste Disposal
As part of our cleanup process, we carefully double bag your dog’s waste for sanitary, secure disposal. We then place the sealed bags in your trash can for convenient pickup or leave them discreetly by the side of your home to maintain compliance with all local waste guidelines.
